Information We Collect
Quotice is operated by TurfUp LLC (“Quotice,” “we,” “us”). This policy covers the Quotice app, quotice.com, and related account, support, and invoice-payment features. Quotice helps independent businesses manage customers, prepare quotes and invoices, share PDFs, and track payments.
Information you provide. We process your account email and authentication information; business and owner names, contact details, address, logo, currency and tax settings; and the customer names, companies, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, notes, project details, line items, prices, discounts, taxes, quotes, invoices, and payment records you enter. Support requests include the contact details and messages you send us.
Information from services and devices. We process subscription entitlement and transaction information from Apple; Stripe account identifiers, connection status, invoice-payment references, amounts, currencies, payment status, and receipt links; notification device tokens and installation identifiers when you enable notifications; and technical, security, and usage information described below.
A business using Quotice decides what customer information it enters and how it uses that information. If you received an invoice from that business, contact it first about its records, services, or privacy practices. Quotice processes those workspace records to provide the service to the business.
How We Use Information
We use information to create and secure accounts, confirm email addresses and reset passwords, save and synchronize workspaces, generate documents, support invoice-payment features, verify subscriptions, deliver requested payment notifications, respond to support requests, prevent misuse, and maintain and improve Quotice.
Your workspace is saved on your device. When you sign in, your workspace and selected business logo also synchronize with Quotice’s cloud service. Device files may be included in your device backups. Signing out or uninstalling the app does not by itself delete cloud records.
You choose when and where to share a PDF or payment link. The document and its business and customer information are passed to the app or recipient you select. Recipients can keep or forward their copies. A logo may also be sent to your connected Stripe account for receipt branding; changing or removing it does not change previously issued documents.
Service providers and sharing
We share information as needed with providers that operate the service:
Supabase: account authentication, cloud workspace storage, private logo storage, and backend processing.
Resend: delivery of account confirmation and password-reset emails.
Apple: App Store subscriptions, purchase verification, and push notifications. Apple processes subscription billing; Quotice does not receive your full card number. Notification delivery uses device tokens and account, event, and invoice identifiers.
Stripe: business onboarding, connected-account status, invoice checkout, payment confirmation, and receipts. Stripe receives invoice identifiers, amounts, currency, and applicable branding. Payment details and verification information entered on Stripe’s pages are handled by Stripe; Quotice does not store full payment-card numbers or card security codes.
Google Analytics for Firebase: app usage measurement, as described below.
Squarespace: website hosting, website analytics, and contact-form processing.
These providers also process information under their own terms and privacy policies: Supabase, Resend, Apple, Stripe, Google, and Squarespace.
We may disclose information when legally required, to investigate fraud or protect rights and security, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable privacy requirements. We do not sell personal information for money.
App analytics and website cookies
App analytics. Quotice uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand installations, sessions, and app use. The current integration records first opens, sessions, and app opens, along with standard app-instance, device, and usage metadata, such as app and operating-system information and approximate region. We do not send customer records, quote or invoice content, your Quotice account ID, email, phone number, or payment links as analytics event data. The current integration does not collect Apple’s advertising identifier (IDFA); automatic screen reporting and personalized-advertising signals are disabled. It does not collect precise GPS location.
Website data and cookies. Squarespace processes information such as IP address, browser and device details, pages visited, and referring pages to run and protect quotice.com and provide website analytics. Cookies and similar technologies may support essential site functions and analytics, depending on site settings and your choices. Contact forms collect the fields you submit. You can manage cookies through your browser and any cookie controls displayed on the website; blocking cookies may affect functionality.
The current app does not include an in-app analytics opt-out. Contact us with questions or requests about analytics information. Browser cookie choices apply to the website and do not control the app’s Firebase analytics.
Storage, security, retention, and your choices
We use safeguards designed to protect information, including authenticated cloud access and private storage for workspace logos. No service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your device and account credentials secure and share documents and payment links only with intended recipients.
Quotice’s cloud workspace is hosted in the United States. Our providers may process information in other countries, where privacy laws may differ. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we use the arrangements required by that law.
We retain account and workspace data while needed to provide your account and service. We retain other information only as reasonably needed for support, security, legal obligations, and resolving disputes. Retention depends on the type of information and its purpose. Deleted information may remain temporarily in backups; limited records may need to be kept for legal or security reasons. Apple, Stripe, and document recipients may retain their own records under their policies and legal obligations.
You can edit business and customer information in the app, use available deletion controls, and manage notification permission in iOS settings. Deleting a customer entry or replacing a logo does not remove information already preserved in issued quotes or invoices or in copies you shared.
To request access, correction, a copy of your information, account deletion, or other privacy rights available where you live, use our contact form and identify your request as “Privacy” or “Account deletion.” We may verify your identity and, where relevant, work with the business that controls the records. Requests are subject to applicable law, including any rights to object, restrict processing, withdraw consent, appeal a decision, or complain to a privacy authority. We will respond within applicable legal time limits.
Deleting your Quotice account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Manage or cancel that separately through your Apple Account.
Contact, children’s privacy, and updates

Quotice is intended for adults running businesses and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and address it.
We may update this policy as Quotice changes. We will update the date on this page and give any additional notice or request any consent required by applicable law.
