Terms of Use

About Quotice and your account
Quotice is operated by TurfUp LLC (“Quotice,” “we,” “us”). These terms govern your use of the Quotice app, quotice.com, and related services. By using Quotice, you agree to these terms. If you use Quotice on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into an agreement.
Quotice provides software for managing customer records, preparing quotes and invoices, sharing PDFs and payment links, synchronizing your workspace, and tracking payments. You obtain and serve your own customers. Quotice does not find or assign jobs, screen service providers, or perform the work described in your documents.
Accounts and your records
Provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials and devices, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. A Quotice account is used for cloud features; your Apple Account and Apple subscription are separate.
You remain responsible for the information you enter, your use of customer information, and having the rights and permissions needed to upload logos, contact details, and other content. Only enter information needed for your business. Do not store passwords, full payment-card details, government identification numbers, or unrelated sensitive personal information in customer notes or documents.
Your business retains its rights in its records and content. You give TurfUp LLC permission to store, process, synchronize, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate Quotice and carry out your instructions, including document sharing and connected payment features. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Quotes, invoices, and your customers
You are responsible for reviewing recipients, descriptions, prices, discounts, currency, tax rates, totals, due dates, and payment terms before sending a document. Quotice calculates amounts from your inputs; it does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice or determine your tax obligations.
Any agreement for your goods or services is between you and your customer. You are responsible for your work, licenses, insurance, taxes, warranties, refunds, cancellations, and disputes. Quotice is not a party to that agreement and does not guarantee that a quote will be accepted or an invoice paid.
You choose the destination when sharing a document or link. Marking a quote as sent, approved, or declined records a status; it is not independent proof of delivery, a customer signature, or a legally binding acceptance. Manually recorded payments depend on the information you enter. Verify payment and receipt information before relying on it.
Apple subscriptions and trials
Some actions require an active Quotice Pro subscription, including quote editing, status changes, PDF exports, and invoice actions. Existing customer records and documents remain viewable after subscription expiration, subject to account access and service availability.
Subscriptions purchased in the iOS app are billed by Apple to your Apple Account. The purchase screen shows the applicable price, currency, billing period, and any eligible trial before you confirm. Monthly and annual plans may be available. Trial eligibility is determined through Apple; an offer is not a promise that every account qualifies.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. A free trial converts to the paid plan shown at purchase unless canceled in time. Manage or cancel through your Apple Account subscriptions settings; Apple advises canceling a trial at least 24 hours before it ends. Cancellation and access through the remaining billing or trial period follow Apple’s terms and any rights provided by law.
Uninstalling Quotice, signing out, or deleting your Quotice account does not cancel your Apple subscription. Use Apple’s subscription cancellation instructions. Requests for refunds of Apple-billed purchases are handled through Apple, subject to Apple’s policies and applicable law.
The app license is also subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. These terms govern Quotice’s services; Apple’s applicable terms govern App Store billing and the app license.
Stripe invoice payments
Optional online invoice payments use Stripe and a connected Stripe account for your business. Stripe onboarding, eligibility, verification, payment processing, payouts, refunds, and disputes are governed by Stripe’s applicable agreements and requirements. You must provide accurate information and maintain an eligible account. Availability depends on Stripe, your country, and your account status.
Customer invoice payments are separate from your Quotice subscription. Invoice charges are created on the connected business’s Stripe account. Your business is responsible for applicable Stripe fees and its obligations under its Stripe agreement. Quotice currently adds no transaction fee, does not cover merchant Stripe fees, and does not add a customer surcharge.
Payment status can take time to update. A browser return or notification alone does not guarantee cleared funds or an irreversible payment. Check the invoice and your Stripe records, and handle customer refunds and disputes through your business and Stripe. Quotice does not guarantee payment approval, payout timing, or protection from refunds and chargebacks.
Acceptable use and software rights
Use Quotice lawfully. Do not create fraudulent or misleading invoices, collect payments you are not entitled to, impersonate others, send unlawful or unsolicited communications, infringe rights, upload harmful material, access another account without permission, or interfere with the service’s security or operation.
TurfUp LLC and its licensors retain their rights in Quotice’s software, branding, and website content. Your right to use the service is limited to its intended functions under these terms and any applicable app license. You do not acquire ownership of Quotice by subscribing.
Sync, availability, and ending use
Cloud synchronization requires a signed-in account and connectivity and runs while the app is open. Updates may be delayed, and changes from different devices can conflict. Review sync warnings before replacing a workspace version and keep independent copies of important business records. Previously shared documents are separate copies and do not automatically change when you edit a record.
Features may change, experience interruptions, or depend on third-party services. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, automatic delivery of documents or notifications, or that Quotice alone will satisfy your legal recordkeeping requirements. Where legally permitted, the service is provided as available without additional warranties beyond those required by law.
Ending use and account access
You may stop using Quotice and request deletion of your account through our contact form. Identify the request as “Account deletion.” Export important documents while you have access and cancel any Apple subscription separately.
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, fraud, a security risk, a legal requirement, or misuse of the service. Where reasonably practicable and lawful, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue. Account deletion and retention are described in the Privacy Policy.
Responsibility, changes, and contact
To the extent permitted by applicable law, TurfUp LLC is not responsible for the goods or services you or another business provide, inaccurate information entered by users, or losses caused by unauthorized sharing of your documents or credentials. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for our conduct where the law does not permit that exclusion.
Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights, statutory warranties, refund rights, privacy rights, or other protections that cannot legally be excluded. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. We will revise the date on this page and provide notice of material changes, and obtain agreement where required by applicable law. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove rights that have already accrued.
For questions about Quotice or these terms, contact TurfUp LLC through the Quotice contact form. For a dispute about work or an invoice you received, contact the business that issued it. For Apple subscription billing, use Apple’s support and subscription controls.
